(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No. 380 dated 19.09.2018 (Annexure P-2) registered under Sections 323, 406, 498-A and 506 IPC at Police Station Badhra, District Charkhi Dadri and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom.
At the outset, learned counsel for the State submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous as in the present case, after completion of investigation, the police had prepared the cancellation report on 09.11.2018 and presented the same before the trial Court on 07.03.2020. The said cancellation report was accepted by the learned trial Court on 24.08.2022. This fact has also been mentioned in para RISHU KATARIA 2023.10.17 10:20 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

Learned counsel for the petitioners does not dispute the above-stated facts.
In view of the above, no further direction is warranted in the present case and the same is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
