(ORAL) The petitioner has preferred this writ petition for deletion of various routes which have been included in the notification dated 11.02.2021, which is in utter violation of instructions issued under Section 72 of the Motor Vehicles Act. Precisely for the grievance in question, the petitioner has also served legal notice upon the respondent No.1 and the petitioner would be satisfied in case his legal notice dated 04.07.2022 is considered and decided in accordance with law within a specified period.
