(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 400 dated 24.07.2018 under Sections 406, 420, 506, 120-B IPC registered at Police Station Yamuna Nagar City, District Yamuna Nagar. Learned State counsel submits that a cancellation report has already been prepared and the same would be filed shortly. Given above, all the procedures regarding filing of the cancellation report be completed on or before 31.10.2022.

The present petition stands disposed of. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.

Liberty reserved to the petitioners to file the protest petition. It is clarified that before accepting the cancellation report, the concerned Court shall give appropriate opportunity to the petitioners and shall pass a reasoned order.
