Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to surrender before the investigating agency and, thereafter, move an application for regular bail. In case, petitioner surrenders before the investigating agency and, thereafter, moves an application for regular bail, same shall be decided within 02 days.
