(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No.242 dated 21.06.2017 under Section 7(A)-10 of HDRUA Act 1975 and 420 IPC at Police Station Ballabgarh Sadar, District Faridabad.

Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated December 19, 2017, petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated December 19, 2017, is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
