Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing impugned FIR No.252, dated 10.08.2015, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC and Section 12 of the Passport Act, 1967, registered at Police Station Tripuri Town Patiala, District Patiala (P-1) along with all subsequent proceedings arising out of the same on the basis of compromise dated 16.11.2017 (P-2). CRM-M-48658 of 2018 --2-- appeared before the trial Court on 18.02.2019, to get their statements recorded. Learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Patiala, has submitted his report vide letter bearing No.165 dated 03.04.2019, duly forwarded by ld. District and Sessions Judge, Patiala, vide letter bearing No.2268, dated 04.04.2019.

According to the report, ld. Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Patiala, is satisfied that the compromise is genuine, voluntarily made and is without any coercion and undue influence.

Considering the report of ld. Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Patiala, dated 03.04.2019 and the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony in relations between the parties, aforesaid FIR No.252, dated 10.08.2015 along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, is quashed qua the petitioners only. Disposed of accordingly.
