After arguing for some time learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the writ petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.

However, Regular Second Appeals bearing Nos. 1454 and 1737 of 2007, which were ordered to be heard along with this petition, shall be heard separately.

The Registry is directed to list the aforesaid Regular Second Appeals on its turn as per roster.
