(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for transfer of investigation of G.D.No.0023 dated 07.07.2020, (Annexure P-1), Police Station Guruharsahai, District Ferozepur to some Senior Police Officer of other District or to any other independent agency for fair and impartial investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Gurmej Singh, states that FIR No.184, dated 19.08.2020, under Sections 326, 325, 323, 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Guruharsahai, Ferozepur has been registered against Joginder Singh, Mohan Singh, Sohan Singh and Raj Singh.
