(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to respondent No. 1 to 3 to enquire into the representation dated 30.09.2020 (Annexure P-2) moved by the petitioner against respondent No. 4 to 6, who forcibly entered the house of the petitioner and attack them with an intention to kill them and also outrage the modesty of minor daughter of the petitioner. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw present petition as the same has been rendered infructuous.
