Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Jaswinder Singh submits that there is no apprehension of any threat to any of the petitioners. Given above, the present petition is disposed of. However, in case, the petitioners feel any threat perception within one month from today, they shall be permitted to approach the concerned S.P/S.H.O, who will provide them protection initially for one week and after that on day to day analysis but not exceeding more than one month. The petitioners still have liberty to approach this Court again. This order shall remain in force for a month. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
