!"# $ Present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.106 dated 03.11.2014 registered at Police Station Mehna, District Moga under Section 420 IPC.

Learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI Pritam Singh, Police Station E.O. Wing, Moga, submits that the petitioner has since then joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation and nothing is to be recovered from him and that he has no objection if the interim order is made absolute. In the light of the statement made by learned State counsel, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 10.03.2015 is made absolute till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, petitioner will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court. With these observations, the present petition stands disposed off.
