(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia for directing the respondents to comply with the directions given vide order dated 07.01.2022 (Annexure P-6) and to further remove blockage from the public street by demolishing the illegally constructed wall across the public street.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as regards the grievance raised in the instant writ petition, the petitioners have already served a legal notice dated 19.01.2025 (Annexure P-18) upon the Municipal Council, Zirakpur, which has not been adverted to till date. 2.1 Learned counsel further submits that the petitioners would be satisfied, if appropriate directions are issued to the concerned authorities to HIMANI GUPTA 2025.04.25 17:54 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document/judgment High Court, Chandigarh decide legal notice dated 19.01.2025 (Annexure P-18) submitted by the

Learned State counsel submits that in case, the legal notice dated 19.01.2025 (Annexure P-18) has been received in the office of respondent No.3 (Executive Officer, Municipal Council, Zirakpur), then the competent Officer/Authority shall take decision either way on the same, within a period of three months from today, after affording due opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties.

Keeping in view the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of accordingly. 6.
