This is a petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 21.02.2025 passed in CWP-33960-2024. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 has pointed out that in the review application, vide order dated 19.09.2025 the order dated 21.02.2025 has been directed to be kept in abeyance.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present case, at this stage, and the same is disposed off. Rule stands discharged.
