1. The petitioner has approached this Court seeking issuance of a direction in the nature of Mandamus for quashing of letter dated 12.02.2020 (Annexure P-3) vide which the petitioner has been informed that there is no provision for revaluation of an answer book in the University Ordinance.

2. The petitioner had taken the examination of 3rd year MBBS in November, 2019, the result of which was declared in December, 2019. However, the petitioner was declared failed in the examination of subject code MB-43 (A-I, A-II, B-I & B-II). Thereafter the petitioner approached respondent No.2-Pt. B.D.S. University of Health Science, Rohtak for revaluation of her answer-sheet but vide impugned order, the said request has been turned down on the ground there is no provision for the same. 3. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute that there is no written provision for revaluation of answer-sheets. In these circumstances, this Court does not find any infirmity in the stand taken by the respondents for turning down request for revaluation of the answersheet of the petitioner. The petition, as such, sans merit and is hereby dismissed.
