******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with the prayer that trial Court may be directed to expedite trial of the case and dispose of the same at the earliest.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
Trial Court is directed to expedite trial of the case and try to dispose of the same at the earliest preferably within a period of six months, provided that the defence counsel will cooperate and cross-examine the witnesses on the day they appear for their examination. However, the petitioner will be at liberty to approach for bail if the trial of the case is not concluded in the above terms.
