(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 17.02.2015 passed by learned JMIC (Duty), Chandigarh, whereby request of the petitioner for police remand of the respondent has been declined as well as the order dated 27.02.2015 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Chandigarh, whereby revision petition filed by the petitioner against the order dated 17.02.2015, has been dismissed. Heard.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that respondent has been granted bail, however, the bail order has not been challenged by the petitioner.
