It was submitted that petitioner was ready and willing to face trial.

Vide order dated 23.2.2016 while issuing notice of motion it was directed that in the event of petitioner surrendering before the trial court within 10 days he will be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of trial court.

CRM-M 6479/2016 At the time of hearing,learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 23.2.2016 passed by this Court, petitioner surrendered before the trial court and was released on interim bail on 26.2.2016, which fact is not disputed by the learned State counsel.

In view of the above, interim bail granted by the trial court, pursuant to the order dated 23.2.2016 passed by this Court, is made absolute.
