**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Petitioner has preferred this writ petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus through General Power of Attorney in respect of continuing nuisance.

Admittedly, petitioner is living abroad. For removal of nuisance, there is an alternative remedy under Code of Criminal Procedure.

In view of availability of alternative remedy, no interference is called for.

Dismissed.
