(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition, filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973, is for quashing of FIR No.0045 dated 27.02.2018, registered under Sections 120-B, 201, 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Matlauda, District Panipat (Annexure P-2) qua the petitioner along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. In view of the above submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
