AT CHANDIGARH C.W.P 13145 of 2019 Date of decision : 17.05.2019 Ashok Kumar ......Petitioner versus State of Haryana and others
...Respondents
CORAM:
HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE RITU BAHRI
Present:
Mr. Vijay Pal, Advocate for the petitioner.
**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) The petitioner is Non-NET qualified and worked as Extension Lecturer (Political Science), as per experience certificate (P-2 colly) and was relieved due to non availability of workload. Petitioner is now seeking that she may be re-engaged keeping in view the workload and vacancy in the College. The grievance of the petitioner is that she has given a representation dated 08.05.2019 (Annexure P-4) stating therein that she be allowed to join as workload is still available in the College which is mentioned at Sr. No. 236, in letter dated 28.01.2019 (P-3) at Government College for Girls, Manesar, Gurugram. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is being disposed of by giving direction to respondents No. 3 to look into representation dated 08.05.2019 (Annexure P-4) and adjust the petitioner on vacant post at Sr. No. 236 of the letter dated 28.01.2019 (Annexure P-3), keeping in view judgment passed in CWP No. 16954-2015 tilted as Anurag Chahal and others vs. State of Haryana and another.
