(The aforesaid presence is being recorded through video conferencing since the proceedings are being conducted in virtual court) Instant petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India along with Section 3 (1) of the Haryana Good Conduct Prisoners (Temporary Release) Act (for short, "Act"), 1988 for quashing of order dated 02.03.2021 (Annexure P-3) passed by Commissioner Division Gurugram, Civil Lines, Gurugram-respondent No.3, whereby, application filed by the petitioner seeking parole has been dismissed. And further for issuance of direction to the respondents to release the petitioner on parole for four weeks for the repair of the house. CRWP NO.6950-2021 --2-- imprisonment vide judgment/order dated 25.03.2019/29.03.2019. Against the judgment of conviction and order of sentence, the petitioner filed an appeal before this Court, which is still pending admitted for final adjudication.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition. Ordered accordingly.
