This application has been filed by the wife seeking transfer of petition, bearing No.DMC/284/2021 filed under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, titled as 'Anil Siwach Vs. Ms. Chetna' pending before the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Sonepat at Gohana to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Gurugram.

Learned counsel representing the petitioner contends that some other litigation between the parties is pending at Gurugram and the respondent has taken away the child forcibly. In the reply, the respondent has stated that he is already taking care of 10 year old son and his father is suffering from cancer. TA-640-2021 (O&M) The distance between Sonipat and Gurugam is not more than 60 kms. The transport facilities are excellent. Hence, no ground to transfer the petition is made out.
