Mr. Nitin Mittoo, Advocate, for the petitioner. HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI, J.(ORAL) In the present writ petition, the petitioner is praying that he is the grandson of the freedom fighter Shaheed Sukhdev, who was hanged alongwith Shaheed Bhagat Singh and Shaheed Rajguru on 23.03.1931. The petitioner is praying that the house belonging to Shaheed Sukhdev is being looked after by the Archaeology Department alongwith Shaheed Sukhdev Thapars Memorial Trust. The prayer of the petitioner is that he should also be included in the Managing Committee, which takes decision with regard to the upkeep of ancestral home of Shaheed Sukhdev, being his grandson. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already approached respondent No.1 for the said relief by filing representation dated 22.12.2019 (Annexure P-6), which has been attached alongwith this petition and the petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a time bound direction is issued to respondent No.1 to decide the said representation dated 22.12.2019 (Annexure P-6) by passing an appropriate speaking order.

Learned counsel for the respondents raises no objection for deciding the representation filed by the petitioner in a time bound manner by passing an appropriate speaking order by respondent No.1. Without commenting upon the merits of the case or about the entitlement of the petitioner for the relief which has been claimed by him in the representation dated 22.12.2019 (Annexure P-6), the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to decide the representation dated 22.12.2019 (Annexure P-6), within a period of three months from the receipt of the copy of this order.
