However, at this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh one with better and correct particulars. Learned State counsel as well as learned counsel for respondent No.2 have no objection for the same.

Resultantly, the petition in hand stands dismissed for having been withdrawn with the liberty afore-said.
