(ORAL) Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in FIR No. 146 dated 5.12.2014, under Sections 307/324/341/148/149 IPC, registered at Police Station Phagwara City, District Kapurthala. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 11.3.2015 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from SI Jaswant Singh, Police Station Phagwara City, District Kapurthala, submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for any further investigation.
