Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Sharda submits that the present petition may be rendered infructuous as the cancellation report is prepared on 28.12.2024 and is likely to be submitted before the jurisdictional Court within a short while. 2.

Request was made to join the proceedings through VC on behalf of the petitioners but none has joined. The case was called twice. It appears that with the efflux of time, they have lost their interest to pursue the matter. This court has left with no other option except to dismiss the present petition.
