At the outset counsel for the petitioner submits that due to typographical mistake respondent No.3 is impleaded as "Senior Superintendent of Police, District Batala, Punjab" in place of "Senior Superintendent of Police, District Fatehgarh Sahib". 2.

Present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to respondent No.3 i.e. Senior Superintendent of Police, District Fatehgarh Sahib to look into the matter and decide representation dated 01.08.2023(Annexure P-7) submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law, in a time bound manner.

However, the State counsel submits that in case any such representation dated 01.08.2023 (Annexure P-7) is already given by the petitioner to the police authorities is pending, the same will be considered and decided by the competent authority as per law, in a given time frame. 5.

In light of the above and without going into the merits of the case, the present petition is hereby disposed of with direction to respondent No. 3 i.e. Senior Superintendent of Police, District Fatehgarh Sahib to look into the matter and to consider and decide representation dated 01.08.2023(Annexure P-7) given by the petitioner, in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
