#$ !% Present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners Ajmer Singh and Santro Devi in case FIR No.04 dated 23.01.2015 registered at Police Station Nayagaon, District SAS Nagar under Sections 406/498A IPC. Vide order dated 11.03.2015 while issuing notice of motion, the petitioners were granted interim bail to the satisfaction of the Investigating/Arresting Officer.

   It is duly conceded by the learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Jasmer Singh that qua both the petitioners namely Ajmer Singh and Santro Devi, father<in<law and mother<in<law respectively of the complainant, there is neither any allegation spelled out as to specific entrustment of dowry articles much less any breach of trust qua them. It is further conceded on behalf of the State that the petitioners in compliance of the orders of this Court, have joined the investigation and are no longer required for further investigation and nothing is to be recovered from them and that he has no objection if the interim order is made absolute.

In the light of the statement made by learned State counsel, the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 11.03.2015 is made absolute on the same terms and conditions till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, petitioners will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.

The petition stands disposed off accordingly. $  "
