******* ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (ORAL) The petitioners allege violation of the order dated 27.11.2018, vide which a direction was issued to the respondents to take decision as per notification dated 29.04.2015.

Reply by way of affidavit of Principal Secretary to Govt. Haryana, Technical Education Department, Haryana is on record, in which it is stated that pay of the petitioners was fixed on 31.12.2019 and monetary benefits were transferred in the accounts of the petitioners on 06.01.2020. It is further stated that as per CAS notification dated 29.04.2015, eligibility criteria has been fixed and pay has already been fixed, thus, the impugned order has been complied with. In view of the above, present petition is rendered as infructuous.
