(Oral) At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the impugned order, copy whereof is Annexure P-1, related to the order passed during the pendency of the execution petition, which has since been dismissed in default, vide order dated 16.08.2022, copy whereof has been filed today in the Court, which is taken on record. In the given circumstances, learned counsel submits that the present revision petition may be dismissed, having become infructuous.
