.+/  *      +  $ FIR No.138 dated 04.07.2021, registered at Police Station A Division, Amritsar, District Police Commissionerate Amritsar, under Sections 323, 324, 341 and 506 IPC and Section 307 IPC (added later on), and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 01.05.2023 (Annexure P-2), arrived at between the parties. A perusal of the record would show that injury entailing the offence under Section 307 IPC, is on the vital part of the body of Hira Lal, father of the complainant.

Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioners wants to withdraw the present petition.
