ARUN MONGA, J. ORAL Applicant-wife seeks transfer of petition filed by the respondent-husband under Sections 11 and 12 of the Hindu Marriage Act bearing DMC/420/2020 titled as "Moji Lal Vs. Rekha Rani" pending in the Court of Principal District Judge (Family Court), Hisar to the Court of competent jurisdiction at District Jind.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that compromise has been effected between the parties. The said statement is not controverted by learned counsel for the respondent.

In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, the present transfer application is disposed of with an observation that in case settlement is not effected finally, the applicant shall be at liberty to approach this Court.
