 Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of order dated 01.10.2014 (P2) passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Ambala, order dated 07.11.2011 (P1) passed by Learned JMIC, Ambala, whereby revision and compliant No. 647 dated 31.07.2008 titled as Ganga Ram Sharma Vs. Keso Ram and others, have been dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to the remedy available to him under law. Permitted to do so.
