NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) By way of filing the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner has laid challenge to the order dated 26.10.2016 (Annexure P-4), whereby the application filed by her under Section 319 Cr.P.C. for summoning respondents No. 2 to 6 as additional accused was dismissed; and the order dated 18.09.2017 (Annexure P-5), vide which the Revisional Court, while affirming the aforesaid order of the trial Court, dismissed the revision petition preferred by the petitioner. On instructions from SI Subhash, learned counsel for the State submits that there are total 06 accused in the present case, out of which, 05 accused have been found innocent during investigation and the remaining 01 accused was acquitted by the trial Court vide judgment dated 05.10.2019. Thus, he submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of, as such. In view of the facts and contentions as noted above, it is clear that no further direction is warranted in the present matter. Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous.
