(Oral) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondent Nos.1 and 2 for proper investigation in case FIR No.315 dated 17.05.2021 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 506 IPC at Police Station Assandh, District Karnal (Annexure P-3) and in alternate to hand over the investigation of the aforesaid FIR to some independent investigating agency like Crime Branch or Special Investigation Team headed by some senior officer of the rank of IG.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Amarjeet, submits that after carrying out the investigation, a cancellation report has been prepared and the same has also been filed before the competent Court, which is pending consideration for 21.10.2023.

In the premise, no further proceedings before this Court are warranted. The petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to file the protest petition in case, he is aggrieved qua the cancellation report and take further recourse to his remedy in accordance with law.
