After hearing learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Deputy Superintendant of Police, Jalalabad, District Fazilka, (respondent No.4) to decide the representation (Annexure P-5) in accordance with law, within one month on receipt of the certified copy of the present order.
