The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the BNSS seeking issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to take appropriate action against private respondents No.4 to 6 in connection with FIR No. 0196 dated 24.08.2024, registered under Sections 126, 140(3), 3(5), 309(6), and 351(2) of the BNS at Police Station Ateli, District Mahendergarh, and to effect the arrest of respondents No.4 to 6.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that respondents No. 4 and 5 have already been arrested on 11.11.2025. It is further submitted that respondent No. 6, namely Chotelal, has been declared a proclaimed offender in accordance with law.

In view of the aforesaid developments, as the necessary action stands substantially taken by the investigating agency, no further directions are required to be issued by this Court at this stage. 4.

Consequently, the present petition is rendered infructuous and is hereby dismissed.
