Seeking quashing of FIR captioned above, the petitioner has come up before this Court under Section 482 CrPC.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that since there is hardly any chance that the present matter is taken for final hearing because of workload, the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a discharge application before the trial Court, however, the petitioner be granted liberty to take additional points in such discharge application apart from the points taken in this petition and before passing any final order on the issue of charges, the discharge application so filed by the petitioner be decided on merits in accordance with law. 3.
Given above, the prayer made by the petitioner to grant her liberty to file a discharge before the trial Court is allowed. However, the petitioner shall not take any adjournment before the trial Court, except for the reasons beyond her control. The trial Court is also directed not to pass any order regarding framing of charges unless it decides the discharge application on merits in accordance with law. 4.
The petition is disposed of. Any other application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
