ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) The petitioner has approached this Court under Section 439 (2) Cr.P.C. The relief sought in the present petition is akin to seeking cancellation of the order dated 27.07.2020 and/or modification bail conditions. Bail order has been passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Fatehgarh Sahib vide which respondent No.2 has been granted the concession of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 108 dated 24.06.2020 under Section 306/34 IPC registered at Police Station Fatehgarh Sahib, District Fatehgarh Sahib.

I am of the opinion that the petitioner ought to have first approached the same Court which had passed the order dated 27.07.2020, of which cancellation/modification is sought herein. 3.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned Court which passed the order dated 27.07.2020.
