Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.02 dated 02.01.2016 registered under Sections 498-A and 406 of Indian Penal Code at Police Station City Tarn Taran, District Tarn Taran.

Admittedly, the investigation is in progress and no challan has been presented so far.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this petition at this stage.
