(ORAL) Prayer in this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for directing the respondents to transfer the jail of petitioner from District Jail Bhiwani to District Jail Panipat, who is under going his sentence in FIR No.70 dated 05.09.2015 under Sections 376D, 506,120- B, 342,452 IPC and Section 67-A of IT Act, 2000, P.S. Women, Sonepat, District Sonepat. After arguing for sometime, when this Court is not inclined to interfere in this case; learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all pleas before the competent authority.

Permitted to do so.
