ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petitioner herein, inter alia, seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to let her join duty and mark her presence in the attendance register in continuation of her earlier service and release her due salary along with interest @ 11% per annum. 2.
Petitioner joined respondent No.2 through an outsourcing agency/contractor, which later was replaced by another contractor. She was engaged on contract basis in June, 2020. On 14.12.2020 her services were terminated, as allegedly a new contractual employee substituted her. Petitioner then filed CWP No. 2466 of 2021 wherein her termination order was stayed and later new joining order was passed in favour of the petitioner and said writ petition was disposed of on 17.11.2021, since the grievance of the petitioner stood mitigated. However, thereafter respondentsrefused to mark her presence and even declined to release her salary for the said period.

Qua her aforesaid grievance, petitioner submitted representation dated 30.03.2022 (Annexure P-11) but the same has not been adverted till date. Hence, the petition. 4.
On advance service, learned State counsel appears and submits that a decision will be taken by competent authority, either way, on the pending representation dated 30.03.2022 (Annexure P-11). 5.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner also seeks decision on the pending representation, as suggested by learned State counsel.

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to look into the representation dated 30.03.2022 (Annexure P-11) of the petitioner and pass an administrative order, in accordance with law, within six weeks. 8.
Disposed of accordingly.
