(ORAL) Through instant second petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of regular bail to petitioner-Sandeep Singh @ Sippu in a case arising from FIR No.136 dated 22.08.2018 registered under Sections 15 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station City-I, Abohar, District Fazilka. Learned State counsel submits that trial is at the fag end. Next date is 30.01.2020 for defence and arguments. In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition.
