**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Petitioner seeks bail pending trial in FIR No. 18 dated 7.4.2014, under Sections 363/366/109 IPC, registered at Police Station Ghuman Kalan, District Gurdaspur.
In compliance of the order dated 26.3.2015, learned counsel for the State has placed before this Court two statements suffered by the prosecutrix, one under Section 164 Cr.P.C. dated 26.7.2014 and another suffered before the learned trial court on 24.4.2015 as PW-3.
Learned counsel for the State submits that prosecutrix has not supported the prosecution version. On the other hand, she has supported the petitioner.

CRM-M-7734 of 2015 In view of the above respective statements made by the learned counsel for the parties, present petition is allowed. Petitioner is directed to be released on bail pending trial on his furnishing adequate bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of learned trial court.
