After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, when this Court formed opinion that this petition filed by the petitioner is a mala fide device to create evidence and illegally retain possession of House No. 59, Sector-10-A, Chandigarh, by way of adopting all means and was going to dismiss the same, learned counsel submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition.
