The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.0356 dated 23.06.2021, under Sections 313, 323, 354-A, 406, 498-A, 506 IPC and Section 3 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, registered at Police Station HTM Hisar, District Hisar. It was the case of the petitioner that she had been falsely implicated in the case in hand on account of a matrimonial discord between her brother and his wife i.e. the complainant. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a married sister-inlaw of the complainant and thus, had no occasion to interfere, much less subject the complainant to the alleged harassment. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that pursuant to order dated 27.07.2021, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions, has apprised this Court that the petitioner is no longer required for further interrogation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 27.07.2021 is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
