Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel prays for withdrawal of the present petition to enable the petitioner to approach the Court of learned Area Judicial Magistrate for grant of bail in accordance with law.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction that if the petitioner surrenders before learned Area Judicial Magistrate and moves an application within 15 days of passing of the present order, the said application for grant of bail shall be disposed of as expeditiously as possible.
