ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petitioner herein seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider gradation of sports certificate as per the previous Rules of Sports Certificates Gradation dated 30.11.1993 in view of the direction given by the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide order dated 08.04.2020 in Civil Appeal No.2103 of 2020. Further prayer has been made to direct the respondents to consider him in General Category instead of Outstanding Sports Person Category for the Post of Physical Training Instructor (PTI) in the Advertisement No. 6/2006. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner submitted representation dated 20.07.2020 followed by another representation dated 10.08.2020, but none hasbeen adverted by the respondents till date. Hence this petition.

Mr. Sunil Kumar Vashisth, DAG, Haryana who has joined proceedings, on service of an advance copy of petition, accepts notice on behalf of State of Haryana.

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to decide his representation dated10.08.2020 and also by keeping in view the contentions stated in the present writ petition by treating it as a supplementary representation and pass a speaking order as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law.
In the meanwhile, till the pending representation of the petitioner is decided, this Court deems it fit in the interest of justice, equity and fairness that the petitioner be allowed to provisionally participate in the selection process in the General Category pursuant to his application for the post of P.T.I., originally submitted in the Sportsperson Category. 8.
Disposed of in above terms.
