RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No. 169 dated 07.11.2017 registered under Sections 406, 420, 447, 448 and 506 IPC at Police Station Kheri Pul, Faridabad. SI Silk Ram, who is the Investigating Officer in the instant case submits that despite directions of this Court vide order dated 01.11.2018, the petitioner did not join the investigation. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed for non-compliance of order dated 01.11.2018.
