(ORAL) Through instant second petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of regular bail to petitioner-Mani Yadav in a case arising from FIR No.558 dated 28.09.2016 registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 506 and 302 IPC at Police Station City Yamuna Nagar. Learned State counsel submits that trial is at the fag end inasmuch as out of 21 witnesses, 19 have been examined and two would be examined on 13.01.2020.

In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn.
